The writers Sameer Wadekar and Mahesh Goswami have submitted a case in opposition to Shah Rukh Khan’s creation home and Netflix. The writers moved Bombay High Court docket right after the trailer was launched previous week. On the other hand, Wadekar said that their story is centred on an environmentalist who opposes a mining business that attempts to push away the villagers. Wadekar explained that there are at least 10 plot points that are similar. 

While, the Higher Court has dismissed their petition they claimed that the writers can look for damages if the plagiarism charges are proved.
